Dennis: Request a Variance from Section 174-31 of the Zoning By-laws to vary the front, side and lot coverage requirements to allow for construction of a deck onto an existing home on property located in an R-5 zoning district at 19 Park Road (Map 1 Parcel 13) Mashpee, MA.
